PAVC-NC offers Strength/Conditioning & Vertimax training for athletes looking to grow in their agility, endurance, & strength. We offer hands-on training tailored to volleyball, but helpful for all athletes!

All money paid to PAVC is non refundable/transferable within 24 hours of scheduled event. 2 Weeks notice is required for a full refund (minus 3.5% Convenience Fee) and 24 or more hours notice to receive transferable credit to future events.
