Precision Athletics Volleyball Club & JVA | Junior Volleyball

Precision Athletics Volleyball Club provides athletes in Mooresville and surrounding North Carolina communities as well as Sugar Land, Texas with opportunities to develop from beginner-level volleyball through national competition.

Based at Precision Athletics Sports Complex in Mooresville, PAVC offers competitive travel teams from 12U through 18U along with recreational leagues, academies, camps, clinics, private lessons, strength and conditioning and other year-round development opportunities.

Precision Athletics Volleyball Club is proud to be connected with Junior Volleyball Association (JVA), an organization dedicated to strengthening junior volleyball clubs and expanding opportunities for athletes, Coaches and families nationwide.

Precision Athletics is built around giving athletes multiple entry points into the sport and opportunities to continue progressing as their skills develop.

The club’s team structure includes developmental, regional and higher-level travel options. PAVC also offers Precision Academy programming for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes, with training focused on serving, setting, defense, attacking, volleyball IQ and other fundamental skills.

Through JVA Membership, Club Directors and Coaches can access educational resources, industry information, professional development, partner benefits and tools designed specifically for junior volleyball organizations.

These resources help clubs create stronger development pathways while giving Coaches additional support to meet athletes at different ages, experience levels and competitive goals.

Tournament competition gives athletes opportunities to apply their training, adapt to new opponents and gain meaningful match experience.

JVA Tournaments provide boys, girls and beach volleyball teams with access to events across the United States, including national tournaments, power leagues, Challenge Series events and member-hosted competitions.

Precision Athletics teams compete throughout North Carolina Texas, the Southeast and nationally, with higher-level schedules that can include events such as JVA World Challenge, regional championships and other major multi-day tournaments.

PAVC also hosts tournaments in Mooresville, including JVA-sanctioned events such as Winter Freeze and Take the Lake, helping create additional competition opportunities for clubs throughout the region.

Strong athlete development depends on Coaches and Club Directors who continue building their own knowledge and leadership skills.

The JVA Education Library provides volleyball-specific resources covering coaching, player development, recruiting, mental performance, leadership, club operations, business management and more.

Club Directors and Coaches can use these resources to strengthen training environments, improve club operations and continue creating better experiences for athletes and families.

JVA also recognizes athletes, clubs and volleyball leaders through the JVA Awards Program.

Recognition opportunities include JVA Watch Lists, All-National Teams, the AthLeader Award, Club of the Month and additional honors celebrating performance, leadership and achievement throughout junior volleyball.

JVA offers several programs designed to strengthen clubs and support the people helping volleyball grow.

The JVA Sponsor Program gives participating clubs an opportunity to help increase awareness of JVA and connect more athletes, families and volleyball professionals with national resources.

The JVA Grant Program provides eligible member organizations with opportunities to receive financial support for projects and initiatives that can improve or expand junior volleyball programming.

Through the JVA Mentor Program, volleyball professionals can connect with experienced Club Directors and industry leaders who can provide guidance, insight and practical knowledge.

Officials are also essential to quality competition, and the JVA Official Rewards Program provides recognition and support for officials working within junior volleyball.

JVA members can access JVA Insurance options designed for volleyball clubs, tournaments, camps, leagues and related programming.

These resources give Club Directors access to insurance options developed with the specific needs of junior volleyball organizations in mind.

From Mooresville and the Sugar Land areas to volleyball communities throughout North Carolina, Texas and beyond, Precision Athletics Volleyball Club and JVA share a commitment to helping athletes progress while strengthening the clubs and Coaches who support them.
