PAVC Club Program: 2025-2026
Precision Athletics Volleyball Club in Sugar Land, TX aims to bring a different culture to the Texas area and hopes to have YOU be a part of the change.
Club Recreational (By Season)
Total cost for season: $825
Our club recreational level teams allow our more novice players an opportunity to experience a club team practice environment and tournaments as they develop in the sport. We minimize the number of tournaments for this level to focus on their overall development of skills and help them to learn the game of volleyball and achieve more competitive play by the end of their season. Club recreational teams will participate in tournaments located within the greater Houston-metro area and surrounding suburbs. In this program, we work with players who may also have other outside activities. However, we still stress the importance of attending most practices and all tournaments.

Season End: first of March
Tournaments: 2 – 1 Day Tournaments
Practice Times: Two Days of week - TBA (2 hours each)
Local 13U - 14U Teams
Total cost for season: $2,550
Our Local level teams will participate in tournaments located in the greater Houston-metro area and surrounding suburbs. This level is for players who are steadily developing their skills and growing their volleyball IQ as they work towards more competitive play. We aim to grow each player’s skill level and work towards better competition play throughout the season. While we do work with players who have outside activities at this level, we expect players to attend most practices and tournaments. Practice attendance is important so that players can increase their volleyball skills.

Tournaments: 4 – 1 Day Tournaments
Practice Times: Two Days of week - TBA (2 hours each)
Uniform Items: 1 jersey (t-shirt), 1 pair spandex, 1 pair socks, warm-ups, kneepads, and backpack
Practice Shirts: 2 practice shirts
Regional 13U-17U TEAMS
Total cost for season: $3,150
Our Regional level teams will participate in tournaments in the in Gulf Coastal Plains region of Texas. Most of the tournaments will be in the greater Houston-metro area and surrounding suburbs; however, teams may also travel to College Station, Bryan, or Austin for one or two tournaments. The goal is to allow these teams to participate in competitive tournaments with affordable and minimal travel. At this level, we aim to grow each player’s skills and work towards stronger competition play throughout the season. While we can work with players who have outside activities at this level, we expect players to attend most practices and all tournaments. Practice attendance is important to allow the players to grow their individual and team skills.

Tournaments: 6 – 1 Day Tournaments, 1 – 2 Day Tournaments
Practice Times: Two Days a week - TBA (2 hours each)
Uniform Items: 2 jerseys (1 Mizuno and 1 t-shirt), 1 pair spandex, 1 pair socks, warm-ups, kneepads, and backpack
Practice Shirts: 2 practice shirts
Coastal 14U - 17U Teams
Total cost for season: $4,415
Our Coastal level teams will participate in tournaments in the greater Houston-metro area, and they may travel to any state within the Gulf Coast Region. The goal is to allow teams to participate in higher levels of competition within these states while also keeping travel requirements affordable. The states in the Gulf Coast Region offer families the opportunity to fly or drive to the tournament location. It is important that players and their families can commit to the busy Coastal team tournament schedule. We expect players to attend all practices and tournaments when accepting a position on our Coastal teams.

Tournaments: 4 1-Day Tournaments, 3 2-Day Tournaments, 1 3-Day Tournament
Practice Times: Two Days of week - TBA (2 hours each)
Positionals: Six positional trainings - TBA (1.5 hours each)
Uniform items: 3 jerseys (2 Mizuno and 1 t-shirt), 1 pair spandex, 1 pair socks, warm-ups, kneepads, and backpack
Practice shirts: 2 practice shirts
National 15U - 17U Teams
Total cost for season: $5,645
Our National level teams may travel anywhere in the United States. Most tournaments scheduled for the National teams will be multi-day events. It is important that players and families can commit to the busy play and travel schedule organized for this team. We expect players to focus solely on school and volleyball at this level during club season due to the intensity of the practices and tournaments. We also expect players to attend all practices, and tournaments are mandatory when accepting a position on a National team.

Tournaments: 4 1-day Tournaments, 3 2-Day Tournaments, 2 3-Day Tournaments, and 1 4-day Tournament (AAU Nationals)
Practice Times: Two Days a week - TBA (2 Hours Each)
Positionals: Six positional trainings - TBA (1.5 hours each)
Uniform items: 3 jerseys (2 Mizuno and 1 t-shirt), 1 pair spandex, 1 pair socks, warm-ups, kneepads, and backpack
Practice shirts: 2 practice shirts
18U Teams
Total cost for season: $3,120
Our 18u teams will participate in tournaments in the greater Houston-metro area, and they may travel to any state within the Gulf Coast Region. The goal is to allow teams to participate in competitive tournaments within these states while also keeping travel requirements reasonable and affordable. The states in the Gulf Coast Region offer families the opportunity to fly or drive to the tournament location. This team will end in March to allow seniors to focus on completing their senior year. We expect players to attend all practices and all tournaments when accepting a position on an 18u team.

Practice Times: Two Days a week - TBA (2 Hours Each)
Positionals: Six positional trainings - TBA (1.5 hours each)

Other Information Regarding Club Costs:
- All money paid to PAVC is non-refundable.
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of commitment to reserve a spot on the team.
- A $100 discount will be applied to all club costs paid in full within 2 weeks of the time of commitment.
- A 5% discount will be applied to all siblings (after the cost of the first sibling is applied).
- All payment plans begin the 1st of the Month following the month after tryouts (ex. When a player tries out in July of 2022, the first payment after the club deposit is due on August 1, 2022).

Players can put money directly towards fees through:

All money paid to PAVC is non refundable/transferable within 24 hours of scheduled event. 2 Weeks notice is required for a full refund (minus 3.5% Convenience Fee) and 24 or more hours notice to receive transferable credit to future events.
